BATAVIA — A two-time ex-con, a parolee from Albion and a city woman were all charged in connection with a Genesee County Drug Task Force investigation into the sale of drugs.
The arrests came after task force agents raided a house at 126 State St. Tuesday.
Kenneth J. Campbell, 34, of Oak Street was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Andrew W. Taylor, 35, of Albion and Joanna F.Larnder, 29, of Summit Street were charged with misdemeanor drug possession.
Campbell was arraigned and committed to Genesee County Jail without bail because of his extensive criminal history.
Campbell has served two state prison terms: One for dealing drugs in Ontario County in 2007. He also served a seven-year term for an armed robbery conviction in Monroe County in 2010.
His parole expired Aug. 8, 2021, according to state Department of Corrections.
Taylor and Larnder were released with appearance tickets.
Taylor also has served two state prison terms.
He was sentenced to one to three years for burglary convictions in Orleans County in 2005.
In 2010 he was convicted of second-degree burglary in Orleans and sentenced to a 10-year determinate term.
He was released Aug. 9 and is on parole until April 2, 2025.
An investigation is continuing and more charges may be filed.
